1. Who We Are

Recharge Wellness Club Danvers LLC (“Recharge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a wellness and recovery studio located in Danvers, Massachusetts, and provides the memberships, wellness services, scheduling, consultations, and club operations. The website, Member App, and related software platform are provided by CommandDeck Systems (the technology provider) on behalf of Recharge.

The Digital Platform

The website, the Recharge Member App, the CommandDeck Systems platform, the Scheduler Engine, the Recharge API, and related software (together, the “Digital Platform”) are provided and maintained by CommandDeck Systems on behalf of Recharge Wellness Club Danvers LLC. We may schedule maintenance windows and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the Digital Platform, the API, or any online feature will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for outages, downtime, or delivery delays outside our reasonable control.
