What's the difference between Diamond and ONE PASS?+
Both give you unlimited access to every studio at Recharge Danvers, including Testing. Diamond is month-to-month at $199, maximum flexibility, cancel anytime. ONE PASS is a 12-month commitment at $189/mo with four extra perks: access to every participating Recharge affiliate in the US (travel with your membership), the Recharge ONE guided program, a monthly Wellness Snapshot, four quarterly Wellness Consultations, and ongoing check-ins, 12 guest visits per year, and an annual price lock. ONE PASS is the better long-term value and the right tier if you travel; Diamond is better if you want to test fit before committing.
What's included in my membership?+
Unlimited monthly access to every studio at Recharge, including the member-only studios (Contrast, Cold Plunge, Full Spectrum Sauna, Hydro, Bubble, and, with ONE PASS, Testing). ONE PASS also includes the Recharge ONE guided program: a monthly Wellness Snapshot, four quarterly Wellness Consultations, and ongoing check-ins. Booking is online, 30 days ahead.
Can I bring a guest?+
ONE PASS members receive 12 guest visits per calendar year at no additional cost (the allowance resets to 12 each January, with no carryover of unused visits). Diamond members can purchase Day Passes for guests. Both tiers welcome occasional guests with advance notice.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?+
Diamond: cancel anytime, no buyout fee. ONE PASS: 12-month commitment with renewal at the end of the term; you can choose not to renew with 60 days' written notice. Mid-term changes are handled case-by-case, talk to John.
What if a Day Pass or Experience is better for me right now?+
Perfect, start there. Day Pass for a single visit, Recharge Experience for a 90-day outcome-focused program. When you're ready to upgrade to membership, your prior commitments count as proof you'll love the full lifestyle. Note: the Day Pass is one per customer, a single introductory visit, not a repeatable purchase. If you'd like to keep coming, an Experience or membership is the next step.
