Aromatherapy Steam Shower
Steam. Scent. A clean finish.
It works as a stand-alone reset, a post-workout rinse, or the natural close to a Mineral Soak Bath session, rinsing minerals from the skin and shifting the body from "relaxed" back to "ready."
The Aromatherapy Steam Shower pairs warmth, steam, and scent with four directional body jets and a rain shower finish. Hot steam disperses essential oil into the air you breathe; warm water and jets ease muscle tension; the rain finish re-regulates body temperature and leaves the skin clean.

Anxious days, mental fatigue, "reset needed" moments, inhaled aromatherapy is associated with reduced perceived stress.
Four body jets target shoulders, back, hips, and calves with focused warm-water massage.
Steam can loosen congestion and make breathing feel easier during colds and sinus trouble.
Rinses minerals or salts from the skin and re-regulates body temperature after a long warm soak.
- Faster stress downshift. Modern clinical evidence supports inhaled aromatherapy, especially lavender-forward blends, for reducing perceived stress and supporting sleep quality in some populations.
- Mood support, your choice of direction. Lavender profiles are commonly used for calm; citrus profiles are used for an uplifting "fresh start" feel. Results vary by person.
- Respiratory comfort. Mayo Clinic physicians commonly recommend steamy showers and humidification as a supportive comfort measure for congestion and breathing ease.
- Targeted muscle comfort. Warm-water immersion and hydro-jet massage are associated with shifts in circulation markers and post-session mood, most of the benefit traces to the warm water itself, with the jets adding a "massage feel" most people enjoy.
A short reset on any day, morning wake-up or evening wind-down.
A structured stress + recovery ritual, often paired with the day's training or work load.
A brief rinse cycle to finish clean, comfortable, and re-regulated.
