The Cold Plunge is a temperature-controlled immersion tank held between 39 and 50°F. Sessions are short, most members stay in for one to three minutes, and intentional. The cold triggers a measurable shift in the nervous system: vasoconstriction at the skin, a surge of adrenaline and norepinephrine, and a focused, alert calm that lingers for hours after.
