EMS Muscle Massage

Electrical massage. Recovery rhythm.

After hard training days, long runs, or back-to-back lifts, the gentle pulses help muscles relax and return to baseline faster.

What it is

EMS Muscle Massage uses the same electrical-muscle-stimulation platform as Compex EMS Muscle Activation, but the program is different. Instead of high-intensity contractions for strength activation, gentle electrodes deliver lower-intensity, rhythmic pulses that mimic the kneading rhythm of manual massage. The result is a deep, hands-free recovery session you control with a dial.

A typical session runs 20-30 minutes and targets the muscle groups that worked hardest that day, quads, calves, glutes, low back, shoulders. Members often pair it with foam rolling or a short stretch sequence to close the recovery loop: pulse, lengthen, and walk out feeling lighter than when you came in.
