Studio

Body Studio

Targeted light. Body contour.

Specific areas, abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms, addressed one panel-position at a time, on a routine you can repeat.

What it is

Body Studio is built around a single, focused service: the Celluma Fat Melting Treatment. Celluma is an FDA-cleared multi-wavelength LED panel that delivers specific bands of red and near-infrared light to targeted areas of the body, most commonly the abdomen, flanks, thighs, and arms. Sessions run about 30 minutes, you stay fully clothed (or draped), and the panel is positioned directly over the area being treated.

It is non-invasive, painless, and requires no downtime. There is no heat sensation, no needles, and no recovery period, you walk in, lie down under the panel, and walk out and back into your day. Body Studio is for members who want a measured, evidence-supported approach to body contouring and circumferential change paired with a consistent routine.

What members come for
Targeted contouring

Specific areas, abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms, addressed one panel-position at a time, on a routine you can repeat.

Circumference reduction

Measurable change in the area treated, paired with consistent sessions and supportive lifestyle habits. Results vary.

Skin tone & firmness

Red/near-infrared light is also studied for skin appearance and quality in the treated area, a secondary benefit of the protocol.

Post-workout recovery

A quiet 30-minute window for the body to settle after training, often used the same day or the day after a workout.

Why it works
  • FDA-cleared device. Celluma carries multiple FDA 510(k) clearances, including the Celluma CONTOUR clearance (K232977), the company's fat-reducing low-level light device for body contouring, along with additional clearances for pain, skin, and related indications.
  • Multi-wavelength LED panel. The panel emits red and near-infrared wavelengths that penetrate skin to specific depths. Published low-level light therapy (LLLT / photobiomodulation) research describes effects on adipocytes and on local circulation in the treated area.
  • Best paired with consistency. Peer-reviewed contouring studies in this category use repeated sessions, typically several times per week over multiple weeks, rather than one-off treatments. We follow the same approach.
  • Measured expectations. Results are real but vary by individual, by area treated, and by lifestyle context, hydration, movement, and nutrition matter alongside the panel time. We will discuss what is and isn't reasonable to expect at your consultation.
How often
Initial protocol
3× per week · 4–6 weeks

The standard contouring protocol. Most published outcomes use this frequency over a defined window.

Maintenance
1× per week

Once the initial protocol is complete, a weekly session helps hold the result you've worked for.

Targeted touch-up
2–3× per week · 2 weeks

Before an event or after a break in routine, a shorter, focused block to re-engage the area.

Typical session: 30 minutes under the Celluma panel, positioned over the area being treated. Eye protection is provided and worn for the session. Stay hydrated before and after, water supports the body's response to the protocol.

Approach with care if you have:
