Inside the Bubble Studio at Recharge

Studio

Bubble Studio

Tiny bubbles. Big reset.

Microbubbles gently surround the skin, supporting that fresh, soft, just-bathed feel, a quiet alternative to harsher exfoliation.

What it is

Bubble Studio is home to the Micron Bubble Oxygen Bath, a warm, private bath infused with millions of microscopic oxygen-rich bubbles. The bubbles are so small they turn the water a soft, milky-white, surrounding the body in a continuous, gently fizzing layer that's part soak, part sensory reset.

The flow is simple and quiet: step in, settle in, let the microbubbles do the work. The water stays warm, the room stays private, and the experience is deliberately low-stimulation, a member-only ritual designed to leave skin feeling smoother and the body feeling lighter.

What members come for
Skin revitalization

Microbubbles gently surround the skin, supporting that fresh, soft, just-bathed feel, a quiet alternative to harsher exfoliation.

Muscle tension

Warm-water buoyancy unloads the body and eases everyday tightness, the same principle behind any good warm bath, in a more refined format.

Stress overload

Warmth, quiet, and a soft visual field help the nervous system downshift, wired-and-tired days, anxious energy, and overthinking find a softer landing here.

A private ritual

A quiet, repeatable wellness practice, designed as part of an ongoing routine, not a one-off treatment.

Why it works
  • Warm-water immersion. Soaking in warm water is one of the most studied forms of hydrotherapy, Cleveland Clinic and Mayo Clinic both describe its role in muscular relaxation, comfort, and recovery.
  • Buoyancy unloads the body. When the body is supported by water, the load on joints and muscles drops, a well-established principle behind balneotherapy and aquatic therapy.
  • Gentle skin stimulation. A warm, clean soak supports skin comfort and barrier care; the microbubble format adds a soft, continuous, low-friction sensation around the skin.
  • Nervous-system downshift. Warm water + low stimulation + privacy is a documented pathway to calmer breathing and a quieter body, the same mechanism behind broader hydrotherapy and warm-bath research.
How often
Start
1–2× per week

For the first 2–3 weeks, while your body settles into the routine and you learn what time of day works best.

Routine
1–2× per week

Ongoing rhythm for consistent skin care, tension relief, and a private weekly reset.

High-stress weeks
2–3× per week

If tolerated well, with attention to hydration.

Typical flow: A 20–30 minute soak in the warm, oxygen-rich microbubble bath. The water turns soft and milky-white within a minute or two, settle in, breathe slowly, and let the bubbles do the work. The sweet spot is consistency, not intensity.

Note on Microbubble-Specific Evidence

  • Direct clinical research specifically on micron-bubble oxygen bathing in humans remains limited and is largely outside the recent peer-reviewed indexing windows we rely on. Our claims on this page lean on the broader, recent warm-water hydrotherapy, balneotherapy, and thermal-water-and-skin literature cited above, not on microbubble-specific outcome studies.

Microbubble-bath specific clinical research is limited. The citations above lean on general warm-water hydrotherapy, balneotherapy, and thermal-water bathing literature, which is the better-supported basis for the comfort, tension, and relaxation claims on this page. This bibliography is reviewed and refreshed quarterly, see the next refresh window in our process documentation.
