Elements Studio is the home of Molecular Hydrogen (H2) Inhalation Therapy. You'll settle into a comfortable seat in a calm, private room and breathe a hydrogen-oxygen gas mixture through a soft nasal cannula for roughly 30 to 60 minutes. There is nothing to "do", you sit, you breathe, you let the session work.
Molecular hydrogen (H2) is one of the smallest molecules in nature, which is part of why it has drawn growing attention in recovery and wellness research. In emerging studies, it has shown selective antioxidant properties, meaning the body appears to use it in a measured way, rather than broadly. The Elements room is intentionally quiet so the session feels restorative the moment you sit down.

- Selective antioxidant activity. The 2007 Ohsawa et al. study in Nature Medicine first reported that molecular hydrogen can act as a selective antioxidant, engaging with cytotoxic radicals while leaving the body's healthy signaling pathways largely undisturbed. This selectivity is what sets H2 apart from broad-spectrum antioxidants.
- A small, diffusible molecule. Because H2 is one of the smallest molecules in nature, researchers have proposed that it can move through tissues and cellular compartments more readily than larger antioxidant compounds, a working hypothesis behind much of the current literature.
- Emerging recovery signal. Reviews published in PMC and PubMed describe early evidence around exercise-related oxidative stress, inflammation markers, and perceived recovery, measured, not miraculous. The picture is promising and still being built.
